Meet Rubio

Rubio's a young pit bull terrier. He's a big leaner -- which is his way of saying, I'm glad your near me! He's a lovely young guy you should come meet! He was abused as a pup and had his tail cropped by his owner without a vet. He's ready to learn people are much nicer than that!
